Enter a world of Mahon-Menorca cheese on a 2,5-hour visit to a typical Farm in the Island. Watch the cheese makers at work as they separate the whey and shape the cheese into wheels. Before you leave, finish with a tasting of cheese paired. Learn the origins of Mahon cheese on a visit to a cheese factory in the hill of Menorca. Hear how the cheese is still produced following traditional methods. Watch the cheese makers pull the product from the milk vats, and get a behind-the-scenes look at the process of cooking and separating the whey. After making the cheese, we do a guided tour of the farm where you can interact with the animals. You help us to feed the cows and give the calves their milk. You will have the chance to make and personalize your own cheese, the detailed guided tour and a tasting of our products. Get ready for an amazing experience.

Fantastic experience

A fantastic experience! We really enjoyed the cheese making and then the tour of the farm afterwards. Ashley was a great, informative tour guide for us and at the end we tasted some homemade cheeses and other goodies. Highly recommend this tour for adults and children. I can't wait for our personalised cheese to make it home to us in 8 weeks!

Great experience.

Really enjoyed this. Lovely people. Made some cheese to take home, awaiting it to finish maturing. Had a lovely lunch/snack. I’d definitely recommend.

Very enjoyable activity

Fun experience learning about cheese-making. Ashley and the other people were great, explained things well. Light lunch with different cheeses and cured meats was served up on a hill under shady trees with a beautiful view of the countryside below. Very enjoyable. My only suggestion would be a little less info about the cows because I already know about them, but for those with children that part would be fun, too.

Something different on Menorca

A brilliant couple of hours seeing the animals, feeding little calves and best of all making cheese. And to top it off the snacks (cheeses, meats, bread, salsa, shortbreads, jam and Binifidet wine) were all locally produced and more than enough for lunch for all of us. Highly recommended p!
