Cancellation Charges: Any applicable charges for cancellations will be settled through the advance payment made for your reservation.

Weather-Related Cancellations: Should your boat departure be unfeasible due to adverse meteorological conditions, you will receive a 100% refund of the total catering service amount. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
