Our Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible:

Cancellations Within 48 Hours: If you need to cancel your catering reservation within 48 hours of the boat's departure, a 50% refund of the total catering service amount will be issued. The remaining 50% helps cover the costs of raw materials already procured for your order.

Cancellation Charges: Any applicable charges for cancellations will be settled through the advance payment made for your reservation.

Weather-Related Cancellations: Should your boat departure be unfeasible due to adverse meteorological conditions, you will receive a 100% refund of the total catering service amount. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
